Our product range is extremely wide and varied. We aim to be able to meet the need of the customer, meaning we have to be flexible in being able to produce any shape or size cheese but also ensuring a fixed weight to be maintained for each individual piece. We are currently producing sizes from 100g Truckles to 8.5kg blocks, below you will find a table of the different cheese types that we are currently supplying. |
| In addition to the above products we also have a waxing facility, this enables us to wax any cheese in any shape, a very popular product is our traditional black wax cheddar and traditional waxed cheshire cheese. |
